This is a Queen Anne dressing table I completed in February 2012. I used the Plans from Norman Vandal's book on Queen Anne furniture. It is made of curly maple with secondary wood poplar. The finish started with General Finishes Cinnamon water-based dye, then about 30 coats of garnet shellac. I added 2 hidden compartments to the original plans which were fairly straight-forward and easy to interpret.
