  I have a copy of MCofN. I willing to have it professionally disassembled.copied,and reassembled, and made available to our members at cost. Anybody interested? I'm willing to supply the book,somebody else will have to handle the hands on parts.(you know,legality aspects,contacting a printer,etc)  Ed Griner

You might be able to contact Mr. Moses directly.  I found the following link:

It lists MCN-GT as one of his publications.  The courses listed were for 2005, so...

I wrote to Mr Moses a few times a long time ago and never heard back from him.  I asked him for permission to make 20 copies of the book but he never responded.
