WHERE TO GET NICE WOOD IN TEXAS

I recently moved home to Texas and I'm having a hard time finding quality wood. I was up in Boston and traveled to Pennsylvania to Irion Lumber Co. quite often to get my wood. I am looking for mahogany, walnut, cherry, and oak.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to travel regionally for quality boards.

There are several small mills in the Dallas area, probably can find them via Woodfinder. There's also at least one large supplier; but I don't know their name, perhaps you can check with Homestead Heritage who buy from them. Sorry I can't be of more help, but all my sources are in Austin.

You might have been a bit spoiled by going to Irion's. He does ship however.
