New American Period Furniture Edition

Always looking forward to it.  Will be my best Christmas present of all this year since I'm not allowed to get tools according to my wife.  Thanks for the response!

I'm sure that we are not alone with the wives and their need to oppress us.  The upside is that she won't buy me tools for presents, but I'll buy them for myself when she's not paying attention which is most of the time.  She couldn't tell you what I had for years and what I just got five minutes ago.  Once, I came back from a PATINA meeting and bought many tools at the tailgate sales and from the auction inside.  When I got home, she asked "How much did that cost".  Well, I pulled out a few items that cost under $10 and she was already tuning me out and walked away.  I was relieved because she would have flipped when we got to $185 I spent on a panel raiser.

We have three accounts, hers, mine, and ours.  I always spend from mine.

Good luck Jim!  Maybe you'll be surprised.

I wish it weren't so but the journals will likely not be mailed for another three weeks. Yes, they were indeed printed, but unfortunately, not per the proof so the printer has agreed to reprint them. I feel your frustration but think that you will agree that it is worth the wait. In the meantime, you may want to check out the related content that we have added to the American Period Furniture page. http://www.sapfm.org/
This content supplements the printed material in APF which is a benefit of membership in SAPFM. http://www.sapfm.org/membership/join.html

Hope my view is shared by most of the other members, but APF is more important to what I'm interested in than Finewoodworking, Woodwork or any of the other trade magazines that I subscribe to, so I'd much rather have it right and late than wrong and on time...
