Midwinter conference

Can anyone confirm the date of our midwinter conference in Colonial Williamsburg and what the agenda is; speakers, topics, demonstrations, etc?
 
Come hell or high water, I'm making it to this conference for the first time. The guys in the Hay shop are apparently building the 1707 Edward Evans desk, which is one of my two favorite pieces of furniture. http://anthonyhaycabinetmaker.wordpress.com/
 
the dates for the second session are Thursday, January 22 - Sunday, January 25.
Cartouche Banquet should be Friday January 23, 2015
