Long Distance Furniture Shipping

I'll be building furniture for my son and his girlfriend but I don't know how to ship it to them. I'm located in Colorado Springs and they are in San Francisco. Years ago I knew someone who used a trucking company that zigzagged across the country. And the cost was reasonable. Does anyone know of a company that I can use?

I am on the east coast and have used Plycon a few times and Clark and Reid as well.  Deliveries were to Laguna Beach, Dallas, and New Orleans.... I think Plycon has climate controlled trucks but Im not sure....

Thanks for the info on Plycon and the reminder to check out Google. Don't know why I have not checked Google yet-- we've been friends for years.
