Our dear friend John McAlister passed away this morning.
John was a great friend to SAPFM, our second Cartouche award winner and the force behind the formation of our educational fund.

There is a note on the front page of SAPFM.  More details on the memorial service will be posted later.

John McAlister has always been an inspiration to me. I was lucky enough to sit with him at the Telfair exhibit for lunch. This was one of many different meetings. His passing will be a Great loss.
