The Indiana SAPFM Chapter will hold its Spring in person meeting on MAY 14th, starting at 9:00 am at Jeff Juday's shop.
After a few announcements, Morris Ridenour will kick off Show and Tell by talking about a small table he completed working with Steve Latta as well as his favorite shop made gauge. Next Dave Knuth will cover finishing techniques, particularly Lacquer and BLO/beeswax finishes as well as techniques to repair a finish. After lunch, Steve Dietrich, from Fredericksburg, VA, talk about his painted blanket chests shown in the attachment as well as some of the pieces he was commissioned to build for Ferry Farm, George Washington's reconstructed boyhood home near Fredericksburg.
As always you are encouraged to bring guests.
All attendees are welcome and encourage to bring items for Show and Tell.
