o Bruce Thornton-- Laying out and carving a Philadelphia finial & examples of other region’s finials
Mid-day break for lunch about 45 minutes. Lunch will be brought in.
Continue presentations in afternoon until about 5:00
o Craftsman’s Gallery – Attendees are encouraged to bring a piece of furniture and discuss a something about it. The topic can be a
procedure, historical background, regional difference etc. (About 10 minutes each). This is intended to help us learn from each other.
o Antique Appraisals – Nevin Heller of Flomaton Antique Auction
Registered attendees are encouraged to bring a piece of furniture and for a fee of $10 per piece have it appraised.
Proceeds will support our future events.
Closing remarks and request for future event topics – Bruce Thornton & Scott Wetter
Social - drinks & Hors d'œuvres so attendees can meet, greet, and network.
