Great DVD's

Hi all,
As a result of the French American Partnership project of the Wooden Artifacts group a set of DVD's has been produced and for sale on the AIC website http://aic.stanford.edu/library/print/publist.pdf

The subjects include French chair making, recutting of gesso, wax polishing and 18th c upholstery techniques. They are a real steal at these prices and I highly recommend them. This is information you can not get from reading a book. Our French partners bring years of experience to life on these DVD’s. Supplies are limited, so order today.

thes are great !!!! I got three, but have only watched the one on chairmaking, neat tools that I will copy as soon as I can.
I expect the others to be just as good.
thanks for the heads up, Randy

I cannot get the link to work , is it correct or am I stuck in the 18th century as far as web skills?

Does anyone know of a source for buying/viewing these dvds?  Apparently they are no longer available through Stanford.

Anyone have copies they'd like to sell?

Great!  Are you interested in selling or loaning?  Do you have an email I can send my contact information?

To the Executive Council,
Can SAPFM buy these DVDs and then loan them out to members?

Thanks,
Carl

Hi all,
I have contacted the AIC office and all the DVD's are back in stock. I encourage people to purchase them because the proceeds will fund the next educational project. WAG is planing a trip to Germany as their next venture.

You can go to the following site. http://aic.stanford.edu/
1.Select "library" from the top bar of selections
2. Select "Print Publications"
3. Select Publication list and order forms PDF"

The DVD's are on that order form.
