I changed my email address and I am not able to sign in at the SAPFM website. I tried changing the password but I do not get an email to change the password. I also did not get the summer email for Pins and Tails. I can however sign in to the Forum.

I'm not sure if this is still an issue for you. If it is, I believe the cause may be that you may still need to login using your old email address as your user name. It does sound like our website is emailing the password reset to your old email address.

If that's no help, please email a description of the problem to [email protected] and we can work with you directly to resolve the issue.
