Be prepared for a day of young and enthusiastic woodworkers who earn a living making furniture. Greg has graduated for Thaddeus Stevens, studied under Steve Latta as had most of his employees. Greg will be going over line and berry inlay and stringing, some techniques that may be a little different then how others do it.  Specifically Greg will show quick ways to letter, quick ways to layout, and how to be efficient with it.   He will have his secretary desk and spice box for viewing.  John will be going over making a wooden hinge for a federal card table.  He will be using a mix of small machinery and hand tools.  His card table will be here for viewing. John will be going over veneering a curved or serpentine drawer front.  His period chest of drawers will be on display, it is very impressive.  As a collective, the 5 of them will spend some time detailing what a day is like for them; each of the guys has a very specific role in the company.

NB: Check Greg’s Instagram feed for pictures of his traditional Chester Country furniture and their slab conference tables, which are the “bread and butter” of his shop, the proceeds from which allow them to build Chester County reproductions, which are their true love. https://www.instagram.com/gregpilottifurniture/?hl=en
