There are still spaces available for the class on building and carving a pedestal tea table. The turned pedestal has 3 acanthus leaves, and the 3 legs have an acanthus leaf on the knee and ball and claw foot.

Dan Hamilton, of Beaufort, SC will be teaching the joinery and construction and Mary May of Charleston, SC will teach the carving.

The class will be held in Charleston, SC November 29 - Dec. 3. Then there will be a 2 week break to finish the carving and then one final day of assembly and finishing on December 18. If you are travelling a distance and can?t make it for the final day (Dec. 18), we will work with you individually and cover what will take place that day. The total price, including materials is $850.

There is an optional carving class on December 16 & 17 for any additional assistance on finishing the carving before assembly.
