As president of SAPFM, it gives me great pleasure to announce Mr. Jeff Justis from Oxford, MS as the 2015 winner of the Cartouche Award. Jeff has been a member of SAPFM since its inception and I am pleased to share this good news with all of you. I also hope to see many of you in Williamsburg, VA in January where Jeff will be presented the award at our annual meeting and banquet.
