5:00 pm  - 8:00 pm - Access gate to conference center unlocked for furniture

 

Friday, June 13, 2014

7:00 am - 8:00 am -  Fuller Conference Center open as hospitality suite - coffee/decafe/tea available

7:45 am - board buses in OSV parking lot. 8:05 am departure to Historic Deerfield

4:30 pm- leave Historic Deerfield- return approximately 5:30 pm

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm -  Cocktail hour with snacks – 2 beer & wine drink tickets per person (pick up when registering) plus cash bar for all other beverages

6:30 pm  -  9:30 pm - Federal Ballroom and adjacent lawn area- Oliver Wight Tavern

 

Saturday, June 14, 2014

8:00 am - 11:00 am –  Registration in Fuller Conference Center, coffee/decafe/tea station in foyer

9:00 am – 9:15 am – Welcome address in the Visitor Center Theater

9:15 am  - 10:00 am – Presentation: Christie Jackson/Senior Curator of Decorative Arts OSV, Derin Bray/ Co-curator - Bucket Town Exhibition- OSV

10:15 am – 12:00 am -  Rotation 1-Workshops in VC Theater, & Fuller Conference Center

Noon- Boxed lunch pick up in the Garden View Room with additional tables on the patio, weather permitting, for conference attendees and spouses who are attending either Garden tour or Quilt tour

1:00 pm to 2:45 pm - Rotation 2-Workshops in VC Theater, & Fuller Conference Center

3:00 pm  - 4:45 pm – Rotation 3 - Workshops in VC Theater, & Fuller Conference Center

5:30 pm  -  6:30 pm Cocktail Hour in Tap Room/Federal Parlor at the Oliver Wight Tavern – 2  beer and wine drink tickets per person plus cash bar for all other beverages.

6:30 pm - 8:30 pm-Buffet Dinner in the Oliver Wight Tavern Federal Ballroom

8:30 pm - 9:30 pm-Member’s Slide Presentation - VC Theater (Must drop off thumb drive or CD at registration in order to be included)

8:00 am – 9:30 am - Access gate to FCC unlocked for furniture removal from Fuller Conference Center

8:00 am -  noon - Fuller Conference Center,  Coffee/Decafe/Tea in foyer

9:00 am – 10:30 am  -Peter Follansbee presentation in the Visitor Center Theater

11:00 am – 12:30 pm – Robert Mussey presentation in the Visitor Center Theater

12:30 pm – 12:45 pm - Mid year conference wrap up.

12:30 pm to 5:00 pm- Lunch on own, Optional Self-Guided Exploration of the Village

1:00 pm – “behind the scenes tours commence hourly. Prior registration required

5:00 pm - all furniture/equipment must be removed from VC Theater and Fuller Conference Center

 

Spouse tours: Saturday

10:00 am – 11:00 am – Spouses Guided Gardening Tour – Group meets at Visitor Center @ 9:45 am

Noon – 1pm – Boxed lunch pick up in the Garden View Room

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm - Spouses Guided Quilting Tour -  Group meets at Visitor Center @ 1:45 pm

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm – Spouses Guided Gardening Tour  - Group meets at Visitor Center @ 1:45 pm
