I am setting up the February schedule for woodcarving classes in Charleston, SC. Please check my web site at www.marymaycarving.com.
I am a European trained professional woodcarver, and would love to share my knowledge with other woodworkers who are interested in expanding their knowledge of the trade.
There is a maximum of 6 students per class, and the classes can either be for beginners or experienced carvers. The classes will be customized to each student.
Topics can be your preference, but some possibilities are: sharpening tools, basic beginning relief carving, carving the acanthus leaf, ball and claw foot, Goddard shell, or any project you are working on and need some guidance on.
February 12 & 13, from 8:00 to 5:00, 1 hr lunch break ($250 per student)
February 26 & 27, from 8:00 to 5:00, 1 hr lunch break ($250 per student)
I am also available to travel to your location and teach, as I have done with the LoneStar chapter in Texas last June.
