Wood Carving Duplication

For those of you who are professionals as well as serious amateurs it is no news that we are in a labor intensive skill.  Often times we have to justify to a client and educate them in the amount spent for the desired results.  To that end, in the old days if I can say that, craftsman relied on certain machinery to assist in minimizing repetitive labor in their projects.  Where curves and carved ornament came into play often times they would use a duplicator which works off a model and creates multiple copies.  I had one custom made for me a few years back that has the bells and whistles i was looking for as well as the need for a tight, sealed ball bearing machine with no age old rattle.  I am offering my duplicating services to the SAPFM community.  If you would like more information please feel free to call me at the shop.  My number is 978-283-0231.

I am curious what sort of drivers your system can handle; CAD files and prototype "master" parts ?

Can you cut highly figured wood ?

What sort of cutters are used ?
