I noticed that Williamsburg has opened registration for their annual Working Wood in the 18th Century Conference. Can anyone tell me which Session SAPFM will be attending and when the Cartouche banquet will be held?
Thanks.

Look at the top of the page under News:  "Registration is now open for Colonial Williamsburg's Working Wood in the 18th Century.  As in years past, SAPFM's annual business meeting and Cartouche Award banquet will be held during the second session (1/26-1/29/2012). More details to follow. Read the Conference brochure."

Hey that's a legit question!!  The second session (Jan 26 thru Jan 29) falls on Thursday through Sunday.  SAPFM has always had it's annual meeting Monday evening!  I have asked President Bob to clarify.  I know that i've registered for the Sun through Wed session.

Hopefully, this will put to rest any confusion regarding the schedule for SAPFM's participation in Williamsburg.

SAPFM will attend the Second Session of Working Wood in the 18th Century, January 26-29, 2012. The SAPFM general business meeting will be on Thursday, before the opening remarks of the conference.  The Cartouche Award banquet will take place Friday. Except for the midweek start date, the format will be just as it always is.
