All,

I wanted to let you know to Save the Date for the Gateway Chapter Spring SAPFM meeting in St. Louis, MO.  So here is a quick look at the details:

Date:  April 13th and 14th starting 9am on Saturday and wrapping up mid-day Sunday.

Place:  The shop of Kent Adkins (near Kirkwood, MO).  Some of you will remember we held our last St. Louis SAPFM meeting  was held there.

Program:  Mike Siemsen of Minnesota (http://www.schoolofwood.com/ ) will be coming to give talks on several aspects of his school, his work, and specifically, 18th century clocks and clock cases.

We also have a tour set up with the St. Louis Art Museum, and like we had a few years ago, there is a good chance there will be some pieces set aside to be more ?hands on.?  A great opportunity to see period pieces close up!

Costs:  As usual, we are aiming to keep costs low.  But since there are expenses, specifically for our presenters travel costs, we will be asking for a small fee, tbd.  Thinking $25-45 per person, depending on attendance.

So, please let me know as soon as you can whether you will make it or not!  And you can all expect to hear from me again in the near future!

Thanks, Cal

Greatings Everyone--The program looks great, thanks Cal, Kent and everyone else working to make this happen.

I recently acquired an air filter that I'm thinking of bringing to sell or trade.  It's a JDS Air-Tech 750-ER including a replaement filter and a remote control.  I've never used it but I know the original owner and it has seen little use and is in good working condition.  It's heavy (62 lbs) and bulky (34" X 24" X 12") so I'm hoping to get some general indication of interest before I haul it back up the basement stairs and pack it in the backseat.

I'm asking $200 but I am more than willing to talk trade.

Here's a link for more info:  http://jdstools.com/air-tech750-er.aspx

Anyway, look forward to seeing you all on Saturday.
