The 2013 SAPFM Annual Cartouche Award Banquet honoring Will Neptune, the 2013 award recipient, will be on Friday, January 25, at the Williamsburg Lodge, with cash bar beginning at 6:00 p.m., and the banquet at 7:00 p.m. The cost of the banquet will be $65 per person, the same as 2012.
We will again have a sit down served dinner. The menu will be a flash grilled steak with salad, potato and vegetable, plus dessert.
Registration is now open, and can be done by mail and check, or you can register online using a credit card through PayPal.When you register either way, please indicate where provided if you would prefer an optional vegetarian meal. Mail-in registration forms are being sent along with the Fall Newsletter and the form is also available to download from the website. Please complete all the information appearing on the form.
For online payment through PayPal, please be sure to indicate the name of the person(s) who will be attending the banquet, and the name appearing on the credit card used to make payment. There will be tables available for members to display portfolios or small pieces. If you need a table to display merchandise please indicate this on the online registration or mail-in form.
If you are registering by mail, please allow mailing time so I can have your registration at my address by January 17, 2013. If registering by PayPal, please use the same date. In order to keep cost the same, we need to give Williamsburg an accurate count prior to the banquet, and avoid last minute cost increases.
