The Society of American Period Furniture Makers Rock River Valley Chapter 2015 spring meeting will be a tour of the Chipstone Collection of period furniture at Fox Point, Wisconsin. The tour will be on Friday, May 22, 2015, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and lasting about 1 1/2 hours. After the tour, we will be meeting at Courtyard by Marriott in Brown Deer, Wisconsin, for a luncheon and a chapter meeting that is scheduled for two hours.
The meeting agenda:
1200 noon - 1245 p.m. Lunch
1245 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Business meeting
1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Show and tell. Bring the project you have been working on this winter; if it’s too big to fit in your car, bring photos.
The group tour is limited to 20 members and guests. I must have your R.S.V.P. to confirm that you will attend by May 17, 2015. The fee for the meeting room and lunch will be $30.00 per person, which I will collect at the luncheon.
