If anyone is interested I have a copy for sale. These books are quite pricey and this is no different. I am asking $170.  This is $30 - $35. less than the cheapest I've found at the on-line booksellers.

Karl,
The book is a companion catalog to an exhibition sponsored by the Chester County Historical Society from March to August 1986. There is an opening chapter discussing construction, hidden drawers, inlay, makers, materials etc. This is followed by 58 different spice boxes with full page photos and the typical accompanying text describing the piece. All of the photos are black and white. There have been several articles written in Fine Woodworking on constructing these pieces, most recently by Steve Latta. This book along with the articles should allow one to build a distinctive version for him (her) self. The printing was limited, so copies of the book are rare and expensive.
