New England Chapter members: An instructional program has been scheduled on May 27th, 2023, beginning at 1 pm at the woodwork shop of Al Breed, carver and craftsman of fine 18th century furniture. The session will include techniques in carving and design layout for carved ornamentation. The shop is located at #1 Front Street, Rollinsford, N.H. More information and directions will follow by E-mail during April.
ln addition, tentative plans are made for a session in October pertaining to creating hand planed wood moldings lead by Matt Bickford, a fine plane maker and author of the book "Hand Planed Moldings".
