The Indiana SAPFM Chapter will hold its Fall meeting on Saturday 1 October 2022 at Jeff Juday's shop 3251 Sheridan , Noblesville IN. We'll cover a variety of topics from Windsor chairs to tall case clocks and shelf clocks. Luke Barnett, owner of the Sam Beaufort Woodworking Institute, will be our afternoon guest speaker. He'll cover laying out the angles for Windsor chairs as well as steam bending. Additionally, he'll cover cabinet scraper sharpening. Not just the basic rectangular scraper but the shaped ones we use for molding profiles. The morning will be all about clocks. Dale Asherman will travel from Michigan to show us his tall case clock and his experience with building his clock with Jeff Headley and Steve Hamilton. I'll bring my mantel clock I built with Al Breed. If you've made a clock OR EVEN PART OF ONE, please bring it. As always, I need an RSVP from you to give our host a headcount.
