I would like to build some Crooked-back chairs (see photos) both side and arm. Does anyone have any construction info or drawings? I was told that Dennis Bork has built these.

This looks like standard cabinetwork to me,stub mortise & tenon joints  all round, only on the front of the chair, leg's to front rail,& side rails,  a haunch mortise joint would be used.
but on the other hand 3/8"dowel joint could be to all joints, also.
but the first option  is the best.

have fun with your task.

Thanks for the info. Dennis Bork called me last week and was able to answer my questions ( they were mostly about the back) I would still like to look at one up close before I attempt this one. Thanks
