Ball and Ball

I'm wondering if something is wrong at Ball and Ball.

More than a month ago I ordered a catch which has not yet arrived.  3 emails to two different individuals there have gone unanswered.

Did you call them? I few years ago I emailed an order to B&B. I also did not hear from them so I called. As it turned out the person I sent the email to was either no longer with B&B or retired. Just because the person's email is on their web site does not mean that this person is still there. That's what happened to me. They are not good at updating their web site.

FYI, both B&B and Horton Brasses have great products but HB ships much faster, usually within 24 hours!

I finally heard back from them this morning.  The item was not on hand so they have to cast it.  It may take another month but now at least I know.

It would have been nice to have seen this on the original invoice.

I have had this happen to me many times. They are not good at telling you if an item is back-ordered. So now I always call before I order to see if the item is in stock.
