Traditionally the editor of American Period Furniture is in attendance at the SAPFM Midyear Conference. Due to a commitment I made last summer to teach a weekend class on the same dates as the conference, I won't be able to make it this time.

This year's journal is coming together nicely, and sooner than it has in years past. I urge anyone who thinks "maybe I should write an article" to get it touch. If you want your article to appear in this year's edition, time is running short but it's not too late. It's never too early to think about next year.
