Maybe it's me but is the schedule of the mid-year a little confusing? Are all the presentations on Saturday and Sunday until lunch? then the mini seminars are on Sunday afternoon? If someone omits the mini seminars, the conference is  from Sat AM-PM and  Sunday till lunch time?
The Friday trip to Philly is extra ($66) but the friday lunch is included in the registration fee? Are there presentations going on at Sevens college while people are on the Philly trip?
There is no transportation to the Chester County Historical Society on Monday?
Maybe it is not sinking in...?

Yes, I had many of the same questions.  It will greatly aid the ability to plan if a breakdown of days, times, etc. is provided.  I was going to call or write SAPFM, but will just wait and see if someone posts the details here.

The conference topics look very good.

Sorry- Some of the information that was supplied was edited and did not make it onto the website accurately. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next day or two.
In the meantime- to clarify:
The Friday & Monday "Day Trips" are optional and an extra charge. Lunch on Friday at the museum is on your own.
Other than leaving for the Philadelphia Museum of Art Friday morning there are no events at Stevens until the Friday evening cocktail hour and dinner.
Transportation for the optional Monday trip to the Chester County Historical Society is on your own.
The Saturday presentations are the usual format: 3 rotations of demos- one Saturday morning, 2 Saturday afternoon.
The "mini demonstrations" were called "After the Conference Demonstrations" because that is what they are- an Optional Sunday afternoon program for those who want to lengthen their stay in Lancaster.
Mike Pekovich's "Photographing your work" presentation is to the whole group Sunday morning.

A detailed hourly schedule for the weekend will be posted next week
